TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern access to and use of the FOR-TE e-commerce website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), owned by Castambro Srl, with registered office at Via Aurelia 103, 19034 Luni (SP), REA SP238926, VAT number IT01570270114, PEC: castambro.srl@pec.it.

By using the Site, the user fully accepts these Terms. If these Terms are not accepted, users are requested not to use the Site.

2. DEFINITIONS

  • Customer: Any natural or legal person accessing the Site to make purchases or use the services offered.
  • Products: Goods sold through the Site by Castambro Srl.
  • Contract: Any agreement between the Customer and Castambro Srl concluded via the Site for the purchase of Products.

3. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

This Contract governs the sale of Products offered by FOR-TE through the Site.

4. SITE REGISTRATION

To make purchases, Customers may register on the Site by providing accurate and up-to-date information. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any activities conducted through their account.

5. PURCHASE PROCEDURE

5.1 Order

The Customer may select Products available on the Site and add them to the cart. The order is considered complete only after payment confirmation.

5.2 Order Confirmation

Once the order is received, Castambro Srl will send the Customer a confirmation email containing the purchase summary and essential information.

6. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

6.1 Prices

All Product prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise specified. Castambro Srl reserves the right to change prices at any time.

6.2 Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit/debit card;
  • PayPal;
  • Bank transfer.

The order will be processed only after payment is received.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

7.1 Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be indicated during the purchase process.

7.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise specified.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Products, as specified in the Returns and Refunds Policy available on the Site.

9. WARRANTIES AND NON-CONFORMITY

All Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code.

In the event of defects or non-conformity, the Customer is entitled to repair, replacement, or refund as provided by applicable law.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Castambro Srl is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the Site or Products purchased, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

11. PRIVACY

Personal data provided by the Customer will be processed in compliance with data protection regulations (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR) and the Privacy Policy available on the Site.

12. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Castambro Srl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on the Site.

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Contract is governed by Italian law. For any disputes, the court of the Customer’s residence or domicile, if located in Italy, will have jurisdiction.
