RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

FOR-TE – Castambro Srl

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

This policy is issued by Castambro Srl, a company with its registered office in Luni (SP), Via Aurelia 103, REA SP238926, VAT number IT01570270114, PEC: castambro.srl@pec.it, owner of the FOR-TE e-commerce website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

This policy governs the conditions for exercising the right of return and refund in compliance with applicable Italian regulations, particularly the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and subsequent amendments.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 14 days of receiving the purchased products.

2.1 How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written communication via PEC to castambro.srl@pec.it, email to info@for-te.store, or registered mail to:

The communication must include:

  • Customer's full name;
  • Order number;
  • Purchase date;
  • Description of the products subject to withdrawal;
  • Payment method used for the order.

3. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS

The Customer must return the products subject to withdrawal within 14 days of communicating the decision to withdraw.
Products must be returned:

  • In their original packaging;
  • Unused, undamaged, and complete with all accessories and documentation.

The return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise specified by Castambro Srl.

3.1 Return Shipping Address

4. REFUNDS

Once the returned products have been received and verified, Castambro Srl will process the refund of the amount paid by the Customer, including the initial shipping costs (excluding any additional costs incurred due to the choice of a delivery method different from the standard one offered).

Refunds will be made using the same payment method chosen by the Customer at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days from the date the returned products or proof of their shipment are received.

5. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • Customized or made-to-order products;
  • Products that are at risk of deterioration or rapid expiration;
  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened by the Customer.
